Ablative Meatshield

I just need to stop talking to this girl.  It is as if every single time I do, I take my heart and put it through a meat grinder.

 

A dirty meat grinder.

 

I don't know what it is about me, but I seem absolutely intent upon ruining myself every chance I get.  It's almost pathalogical.

 

It's a part of who I am at the very core of my being, and I hate it so very, very much.  I've been hurt enough in my 29 years to not need my active participation is adding more.  I've had enough, by god.

 

But I'll talk to her again.  She'll tell me about whatever new guy is in her life that she's crazy about.

 

And she'll be completely oblivious to the fact that I would do anything in the world for her.  It seems to be my lot in life, this near constant state of hurt, this perpetual lonelyness.  It might end someday.  Someday I might meet someone who actually cares about me - me - and who wants to make me happy as much as I want to make her happy.

 

Someday, maybe.

 

But today is not that day.  Today, like so many days, I just hurt.

'Believe' is absolutely stunning, but it is evil.

 

Stuff for a video game should not make we want to cry.  It just isn't fair, damnit..

 

As if I wasn't already going to offer up my first born upon the alter of Bungie...

 

Speaking of which, any ladies out there wanna help me get a first born?

I have the first two books (which pick up after this third book) and they are extremely high-quality.  Buy them, and get ready to buy the new one.  He's living off his cartooning now.  Be a good person, and buy it...

Still, pretty sad...  And ignore my gamer score.  I haven't been playing like some sorta freak...  I only got the 360 on the 5th.  Cut me some slack...

 

I have Worms now on Live Arcade, so I will get more points...  Oh yes, I shall get points...

 

If they put Joust and Combat and other classic Atari games up on there, I might never leave my console...
